Amenities can make or break any luxury apartment building. For the relatively new Watertown Mews, their bocce ball court is proving to be one of the hottest features that can be offered. The complex also has an outdoor pool and will be adding more apartments in the near future.
From Curbed:
Bocce ball courts are the new It Amenity in Boston-area apartment complexes, with the game your uncles played on St. Joseph’s Day popping up throughout the region. This includes at the newish Watertown Mews at 1 Repton Place in Watertown. Its first 206 units opened in April, with units ranging from $1,935 for a studio to $3,550 for a 3-BR. Seventy-two percent of those units have been snatched up, perhaps in no small part to amenities such as the complex’s bocce ball court (pictured above) and the snazzy outdoor pool…..an additional 64 apartments in a second building at the Watertown Mews [will be added].
