Ink Block and Sepia in Boston's South End

Ink Block and Sepia in the South End are two of the most anticipated residential buildings in the city.  Sepia is the condominium aspect of the project and it is not a huge surprise that even a studio there carries a hefty price tag.  The smallest of the luxury condos is asking over half a million!

From Curbed.Boston:

“Real estate in the South End hasn’t been on the cheaper side for ’round about eons now, but things appear to be getting really out of hand of late…we have what could very well be the most expensive studio for sale in the entire City of Boston right now: a 512-square-foot number in the under-construction Sepia Boston, part of the Ink Block mega-project. The studio wants $540,000 on the nose. Is that too much to ask, even in a building that will be connected to a new Whole Foods?”
