There are no guarantees in the world of real estate, and Back Bay’s 40 Trinity is a true testament to that.
After being approved by the Boston Redevelopment Authority, it was then questioned about its size and scope of the building. After much inquisition, it was sent to Boston’s Zoning Board of Appeals to get the final necessary consent of approval. And there it still remains, in the hands of the zoning board. After a little over a year, a decision is yet to be made.
If 40 Trinity comes to fruition, it will have 220 four-star hotel rooms, 142 condos, ground-floor retail and 100 parking spaces. We sure are crossing our fingers about this one! Stay tuned.
