According to Curbed Boston, we have a new “It” neighborhood on the rise. Brighton’s Lancaster just released prices of their 55-unit affordable housing building off Commonwealth Ave. and the rates are shocking us all.
At a much less expensive price than expected, Lancaster’s one bedroom units are starting at $400k with a median of $475k, and the two bedroom units are starting at $500k with a median of $575k, making this development one of the most reasonably priced condominium buildings in Boston.
