“I tell my staff that when someone walks in these doors you want to treat them like your old friend from college who has never seen your apartment,” said Amy Finsilver, general manager of XV Beacon in The Boston Globe.
Due to a small amount of accessible rooms, management realized that in order to keep a competitive edge, the staff must meet daily and go over exactly who was coming and how to prepare for them.
