One Harbor Shore Drive is the last remaining waterfront parcel of land on Fan Pier in the Seaport District.  According to the BPDA, The Fallon Companies, who also developed 22 Liberty & 50 Liberty, plan to build a 16 story residential building with 130 luxury condos on this land, which is adjacent to Boston Harbor & Fan Pier Public Green.  The ground level at One Harbor Shore Drive will feature 26,000 sq/ft of cultural & restaurant space, with condos above directly facing both the water & the park.  The buildings contemporary design will emphasize movement towards the city & water and many residences will feature soaring balconies with panoramic views of the Harbor & Seaport.  Expected completion date is TBD.
